Cuisinart provides several models of high quality coffee grinders for daily use. A few are the DCG-20 Grind Central, the Supreme Burr Mill Coffee Bean Grinder XL, and the CBM-18 Programmable Conical Burr Mill grinders.

The DCG-20 is a typical small grinder that makes noise and cannot be immersed in water to clean.  It is perfect for small grind jobs and you can even use it for spices, although you don't want to use it for coffee and spices unless you want the flavors to be mixed.  It is said by some to be very sturdy and can take abuse.   it is a very high power grinder and does the job quickly.  The lid has to be affixed for it to operate, which is a great safety feature so no one gets their fingers damaged.  It is a small size and gets packed away easily.

The Supreme Burr Mill Coffee Bean Grinder XL is an advanced model which has miltiple courseness settings so that you can grind for several types of coffe machines and styles of coffee.  Some common types of grinds are very course which would be perfect for French Press, common grinding courseness for typical electric drip makers, and very fine for espresso and cappuccino.  This unit can hold up to a 1/2 pound of beans, which is enough for 32 cups of coffee.  It is a fully automatic unit and perfect for the coffee expert.

The CBM-18 Programmable Conical Burr Mill unit is fully programmable with a 1/2 pound capacity.  You can chosoe from one to fourteen cup amount of grinds.  It produces up to 18 different types of grinds.
